In your first treatment your particular needs will be discussed and a range of treatments will be offered to meet those needs. Once you have experienced massage, you will know what works for you. From time to time you may choose special treatments, such as a facial massage or detox foot spa. The benefits of massage are increased if you make a regular commitment to it, in the same way as other treatments such as exercise.
The St. John Relaxation Center offers a range of massage techniques including, whole body, facial, feet, eyes and head.
